PokerStars Ontario

Hi I hope this is the right place to post this question.PokerStars has gone regulation for Ontario Canada players only. I just got my account verified and can now play on the site PokerStars Ontario - For some reason my HUD is not working. I have tried to look around on the site and to make sure I have everything in place for the Software PT4 but for some reason I am not getting anything for the HUD and I am looking into downloading my hand history to my HUD (attempting to learn this) Has this been an issue for other players using PT4 in Ontario Canada on the PokerStars Ontario site?Pikdee Posts: 11Joined: Wed Feb 24, 2021 6:00 amTopby Pikdee » Mon Jan 22, 2024 6:08 pm

PokerStars Ontario uses the same software as other PokerStars clients around the world so please make sure everything is setup correctly. The option to ‘Save My Hand History’ needs to be enabled in PokerStars and the folder where PokerStars saves your hands:Settings -> Playing History -> Hand Historyneeds to be configured in PokerTracker 4:Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStarsPokerStars Configuration GuideOnce that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking ‘Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing’ and after playing a hand you should see that get imported and the HUD should appear after that.Flag_HippoModerator Posts: 15064Joined: Tue Jan 31, 2012 7:50 amTopby Flag_Hippo » Tue Jan 23, 2024 7:25 am
